Thermoforming of plastics
Thermoforming is our main manufacturing technology. We process thermoplastic sheets and use this technology to manufacture plastic parts for industrial, medical, transport and other applications.
Our production facilities include 8 thermoforming machines. We can process sheets up to 1500 × 1000 mm.
Processed materials
ABS, ABS/PMMA, ABS/ASA, ABS/PC, ABS/TPU, HiPS, PVC, PE, PC and PET-G.
Production support and process control
T-sim: software for thermoforming simulation (used to calculate the wall thickness of the final thermoformed part)
We also use a Fluke TiX580 thermal imaging camera for temperature and process control.
The project can also include design optimisation, selection of a suitable material, design and production of moulds and fixtures, and subsequent finishing operations.
