Delivery Bed
Covers for a BorCad CZ delivery bed made from ABS PMMA using vacuum thermoforming, followed by CNC machining and assembly.
Technologies used
The covers for the BorCad CZ delivery bed are manufactured from white RAL 9002 ABS PMMA using vacuum thermoforming. The parts are subsequently machined on 5-axis CNC machines and then assembled. During assembly, brackets are welded, individual parts are bonded together and silicone is applied.
