Covers for a BorCad CZ gynaecological chair made from ABS PMMA thermoplastic sheets using vacuum thermoforming and subsequent 5-axis CNC machining.
Technologies used
The covers for the BorCad CZ gynaecological chair are manufactured from ABS PMMA thermoplastic sheets. The parts include the seat, base and back covers. Protective film is used during sheet processing to prevent damage to the material and the finished product. The thermoformed parts are subsequently machined on a 5-axis CNC machine. The rear cover is completed with a roller, which serves as a cover for the paper towel.
