3D Printing
We use 3D printing primarily for the rapid production of prototypes, individual parts and small series.
The technology allows us to turn a digital 3D model directly into a physical part and use it during development, design verification and other stages of production.
Stratasys F370
For FDM 3D printing, we use a professional Stratasys F370 printer.
Materials: ABS-M30, ASA, PLA, TPU 92A, ABS-CF10, ABS-ESD7, PC-ABS, Diran 410MF07
Maximum build size: 355 × 254 × 355 mm
Formlabs Fuse 1
For SLS 3D printing, we use a Formlabs Fuse 1 printer.
Material: Nylon 12
Maximum build size: 165 × 165 × 300 mm
